1. Where is your ship located?
   We are at Swettenham Pier in Georgetown, Penang Island.  It is also the same location as the Langkawi & Medan Ferry Terminal.
    
2. How do I get there if I drive from the Penang Bridge?
   From the Penang Bridge, follow the “Georgetown” sign board and it will take you to Jelutong Highway.   Lookout and follow for the “Feri” signboard along the highway, you will pass 5 sets of traffic lights before reaching a round-a-bout with a clock tower.  We are located in the building just next to the clock tower.  You can park your car at the open air car park in front of the clock tower. 
    
   
3. How do I get there if I come from the Penang Ferry?
   When you drive out of the ferry, when it arrives in Penang, turn right at the traffic light and drive 1km before reaching a round-a-bout with a clock tower.  We are located in the building just next to the clock tower.  You can park your car at the open air car park in front of the clock tower. 
    
   
4. What documents do I need to board AW?
   All foreigners must bring their passports with valid visa.  All Malaysians can use their I/C or passports.  All Malaysian children must bring their original birth certificates or valid passports.
    
   
5. I am from Thailand.  Can I use the border pass if I do not have a passport?
   No.  I am sorry because border passes are valid in the state of Kedah only.
    
   
6. What are the casino games available in the casino?
   For casino related questions, please speak to any of the Casino Marketing Dept staff at 012-7213882.   They will be able to answer all your questions related to casino or members.
    
   
7. I am a LSW VAL member, can my membership be used on AW ?
   Yes but only with limited privileges.  Kindly speak to LSW Marketing Staff or AW Marketing Staff when you are on board.
