Beachfront Suite (72sqm): in a 3-storeyed hotel building next to the seawater swimming pool and the beach
Cottage Suite (CS: 68-78sqm): in tropical gardens dotted around the hillside. All semi-detached cottage							S$ 55.00
Seafront Cottage (SC:68-78sqm): in both semi-detached style and individual style and individual cottage located on the seafront. All feature the same facilities as in the Cottage Suites							S$ 140.00
Tongsai Grand Villa (TGV:165sqm): in tropical gardens on the hillside. Every villa features a large wooden open-air terrace (81sqm) with a bathtub, a dining table with chairs, a pantry-bar area, and a gazebo where guests can sleep outside (mosquito net provided)							S$540.00
Tongsai Pool Villa (TPV:180sqm): located in the same area as Tongsai Grand Villa. A private plunge pool (3mx5m) is provided in each villa. In-room facilitiesare the same as in Tongsai Grand Villa							S$700.00

IN-ROOM FACILITIES: Individual air-conditioning unit, IDD telephone, en-suite bathroom, cable TV with individual DVD/VCD/CD player, hairdryer, minibar, in-room safe, tea & coffee-making facilities (complimentary); balcony with a BATH-WITH-SEAVIEW

NOTE: Please note that for Tongsai Grand Villa and Tongsai Pool Villa, 3^rd ADT/CWB will sleep on mattress on the floor only

Children under 14yrs are NOT PERMITTED to use the half-moon pool as this pool is designated for adults only

Children under 12yrs are NOT ALLOWED in The Butler ’s Restaurant due to its intimate and tranquil ambiance

HONEYMOONER: One bottle of sparkling wine and flowers in guest room on arrival

EVENING COCKTAIL: The management hosts a cocktail party twice a week to meet the guests
